The U.S. Department of Education provides the IDOE an Ed-Flex Program. School districts are offered four waivers through this program. Waiver 1 allows increased Title I carryover allowability from 15% to 25%. Silver Creek School Corporation will be applying for waiver option #1 should we need the flexibility for the 23-24 school year. If the waiver is approved by the IDOE, the school district will be provided more flexibility in the amount of carryover dollars being moved into the 2024-2025 Title I grant. The public has the opportunity to comment on the waiver and to review comments made by other members of the public. Please use the link to share comments with the school district.
